Class Descriptions

Prenatal Strength

Functional strength classes designed to build and maintain strength before and during pregnancy to avoid injury and prepare for labor. Each workout is modified as needed on an individual basis so that each expecting mother can participate throughout the entire duration of her pregnancy. This class is appropriate for women who are trying to conceive and women who are currently pregnant.

Postpartum Strength

Functional strength classes designed to gradually rebuild strength so that each woman can safely and effectively reach their individual postpartum goals and potential without injury. This class is appropriate for women as soon as they have been cleared by their doctor to return to exercise. Feel free to bring your infant with you. Some locations have childcare for mobile little ones. It is also never too late to rebuild. Mothers are encouraged to come no matter how many years or decades postpartum they are.

Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Education Workshops

Workshops hosted at various locations put on by a variety of local pregnancy, birth and postpartum professionals.
